The ground was covered in grime , and a nauseating aroma of decaying beverages and neglected washrooms polluted the entire bar . With a smell of a mixture of human waste, decay and sickness . The serving zone , which should be the primary feature of any pub, was cluttered with dirty glasses and debris that looked like it had been ignored for a long time . The bathroom was in even a truly awful state—overflowing , with a broken handle and surfaces marked in what I can only assume was human waste .

Described as disturbingly assertive and violating, his actions has created an unwelcoming setting for women who patronize Masterson’s. His presence at the bar often felt more like that of a sweating predator than a friendly owner .
